John graduated from the University of Central Connecticut with a BS degree in technology education. He began his career in the playground business in 1980 as a sales consultant. He established All Recreation in 1992 and has watched his company grow and prosper in partnership with its manufacturers and long-standing customer relationships. As a former teacher, John is always interested in first educating his clients about the products and services that best meet their needs. As a former tennis pro who still actively competes on the court, John brings his commitment to excellence in overseeing every aspect of All Recreation's operations.

Chris joined All Recreation in 2004 after receiving a degree in Business from Radford University. He has worked in many capacities for the company over the years and is currently serving as the Finance Manager, overseeing accounts receivable and payable. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his dog and working on his farm.

Eric has been with All Recreation since 2006 and has been a Certified Playground Inspector since 2001. Eric has an MA in Sociology and for five years prior to coming to All Recreation worked for the Virginia Department of Social Services as a Licensing Inspector/Trainer regulating child care facilities. Eric draws his inspiration for play from his three children.  Eric works with customers in the Shenandoah Valley, Piedmont, Southwest, Tidewater and Southside regions of Virginia.

Chancey joined All Recreation in late 2013. He has a background in Business and graduated with his degree from Radford University. A former investigator with a government contractor, Chancey’s strength in understanding people and exceptional customer service eventually led him to a career in sales. He is an avid sports fan, outdoor enthusiast and devoted husband and father.  Chancey works with customers in Virginia, specifically Fairfax and Loudoun counties.

Bert has been with All Recreation since 2001. He obtained his B.A. from Virginia Tech and began his career in the construction industry. As a sports enthusiast personally, Bert has long since been an advocate of play.  Bert works with customers throughout Virginia, including the City of Alexandria, Arlington, Prince William, Frederick (City of Winchester), Spotsylvania, Stafford (City of Fredericksburg), the Northern Peninsula and North Central Virginia.

Brian has been a Maryland resident since grade school and has been serving the region as a playground professional for more than 12 years now. His passion for the job, comes initially from being a kid at heart, however he’s got two cute little monsters of his own, which means he’s on playgrounds both professionally, and as a parent. He’s constructed many playgrounds he’s personally had a hand in/ or designed entirely. When asked about his approach to design, Brian’s response was that he “puts his kids cap on”. With playful enthusiasm, and years of construction experience, Brian is well prepared to serve Maryland and Washington, DC representing All Recreation and Burke!

George grew up in Maryland playing sports and spending as much time outside as possible. He received his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park and has been in sales since. He got his start in the industry in 2010, focusing on site amenities, before recently joining All Recreation. He is a self-proclaimed “big kid” and loves the world of play. He resides in Columbia, MD where he enjoys chasing around his three children with his wife, Amanda. George serves All Recreation and Burke customers throughout Maryland, including Frederick, Carroll, Howard, Baltimore, Harford, and Cecil counties, as well as Western Maryland and the Eastern Shore.

After 21 years of watching his father enjoy his time as a part of All Recreation, Jordan joined the team in 2016. Coming from an athletic background, and with 6 years as a youth baseball strength coach, Jordan is excited to enter into another aspect of play and child development. With a love for people, and a focus on doing the job the right way, He is excited to carry on the hard work and excellence All Recreation has long been known for.

Kyle joined All Recreation in 2021. He graduated from Point Loma University with a BA in Graphic Design with concentrations in marketing , advertising, and photography. Kyle has a strong passion for the outdoors and nature. Those passions mixed with an adventurous spirit inspire Kyle to design playgrounds that will motivate children and adults alike to also enjoy life’s ventures. 

Mack began his career in the playground industry in 1995 and has worked in various capacities ever since. He built and ran some of our earliest install crews, transitioned into sales and then to sales support when that division was created. Mack has assisted with design, drawings and proposals since 2003, with a brief hiatus for an opportunity to serve in ministry, something near and dear to his heart. He enjoys farming, fishing, hunting and being a grandparent, along with his wife Kendra, to his five grandchildren. He is a true team player who loves watching projects come to life and is especially happy to be working alongside his son Jordan.

Leanna began her career with All Recreation late 2017 after parting with her corporate job in Government IT solutions as an Order Management Specialist. She received her B.B.A. in Business Management from Radford University. She currently processes all orders for the company, overseeing the order process and ensuring appropriate order flow. She manages communication with sales and manufacturers to resolve customer issues and ensure all customer needs are met. She looks forward to new and upcoming projects and opportunities the company is working on. In her free time, Leanna enjoys being active with two high-energy Siberian Huskies.

Kristina traded in her investment license for a license to play in 2006. She is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the company's marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations. She is the mother of two young boys, whose energy and passion for play is contagious.

Alyssa joined the company in 2012.  She has a background in business development support, marketing and psychology.  She supports the company with all aspects of marketing from presentations to online initiatives to conferences.  In her free time she enjoys yoga and hiking.
